Black Rice

It is rich in protein, iron, calcium, manganese, zinc and other minerals are at higher level than white rice. It even consist vitamin C, chlorophyll, anthocyanin, bioflavonoids and carotene. It helps prevent anemia problem and reduces high blood pressure.
1 cup black rice, add 11/4 cup water. Boil it, then cook at low heat for 20-30 mins. Once the rice is cooked, let it keeps warm for 10-15 mins.
