Mixgrain Rice

It consists of a variety of amino acids, vitamins and minerals which our body needs. It is a good source of soluble and insoluble fibre where insoluble fibre has shown to reduce the risk of heart disease by decreasing cholesterol levels, blood pressure and blood coagulation. Whole grains may also help regulate blood glucose in diabetes patients.
1 cup mix grain rice, add 1½ cup water and soak for 1-2 hours. Boil & cook at low heat. Once the rice is cooked, let it keeps warm for 10-15 mins.
