Szechuan Pepper
It consists of protein, fat, carbohydrate, calcium, phosphorus, iron and other minerals. It has a unique aroma and flavour which helps get rid of bad odour of poultries and stimulates appetite. It also helps dilate blood vessels and lowers blood pressure, alleviates abdominal pain and coldness and expels parasites.
Can be ground into powder and serve as condiment. Add Szechuan pepper into a rice bucket to help inhibit insects' infestation.
